Yes he followed an order and it landed him in jail. Personally,tooth picks are for the lunch table,not the courtroom.This only proves further that they have no case,the action of removing a tooth pick from your mouth,has no injured party nor a complaining party.They have the guns.So they can twist the rules any way they see fit to control you and your property.

i cant see how the last bit could be true about taking the toothpick out of his mouth somehow putting him under the courts jurisdiction.
